Provenance & Friends

Here at Gandum we have found good friends who, together with us, have contributed to the creation of a community committed to quality, sustainability and respect for the environment.

That's when we created Provenance & Friends, a series of meetings at the table that will bring together a squad of neighbors for a pop-up event at our restaurant. Resident chef Gudo Martins will be joined by Francesco Ogliari from Tua Madre (Évora), Filipe Rebocho and João Narigueta from Restaurante Poda (Montemor-o-Novo) and Restaurante Híbrido (Évora) for an 8-course tasting lunch, paired with wines from Amoreira da Torre (Montemor-o-Novo), hand-picked by producer Paulo Sendim. The vegetables will come from our vegetable garden, complemented by baskets from Val das Dúvidas (Vidigueira).

Lunch (45€ without drinks) includes a five-course tasting menu and a welcome drink and reservations are required.
